Hey, now instead of posting all of your complaints here, you can post it directly to their facebook page! http://www.facebook.com/hobbytron and you know what, if you’re lucky, they’ll remove any negative publicity too!
Actually, I just read their page. I guess people still aren’t able to contact them via phone or e-mail, so they seem to be hitting them up on FB in order to get any kind of status updates regarding their order. Oh boy! It’s so bad they even decided on putting up their NEW TOLL FREE NUMBER!!!!! YAY! They even have a special “Customer Service” area on their FB page too!
