I ordered an air soft gun for my son. When it came, it did not work. I tried to use the company's website to return the item. It is a non-responsive, automated system. Each time I filled out the proper and lengthy complaint form, I got the same response. Call the manufacturer, which I did, and was told the product was discontinued and no longer under manufacturer's warranty. I called Hobbytron back and there response was too bad. I bought the item for my son. I suspect hobbytron is the type of company that just wears you down, trying to pawn off defective product. I registered a complaint with my credit card company, who will try to resolve the dispute with them. My advice: stay away from this company. I had a terrible experience with Hobbytron.com. This is a terrible company with a poor, unresponsive customer service department. They sell defective product and will give you a run around. Stay away. No answer. Kept watching and finally caught the live chat support online, was told there that orders take 2-3 days, chat session ended. I restarted, asked them not to so rudely close the chat session this time, and explained that it had been well past 2-3 days. They said orders sometime take longer, closed session. I restarted it one more time and asked them to cancel the order, which they did. I got an email stating that they refunded my money back to my card, though it still hasn't shown up in mu bank account yet. I have a case open with my bank, who assures me I'll eventually get my money, if they have to reverse the charge to get it. Keeping my fingers crossed! Just wanted to add to the list… :(

I ordered a good airsoft gun, and they sent me the wrong one. I tried to send them an email, and they shut my computer down. the new gun i got ws missing parts, and it sucks crap.
