Their answering maching won't accept messages and i have called 10 times during normal business hours and have yet to speak to an acutal person. They don't respond to emails either. I have tried email and phone and have trouble reaching anybody.. these were xmas presents that were ordered 2.5 weeks before and came on the 29th. They Suck big time!!
