HobbyTron Offices Closed

I was about to call them and this is what it said. Directly off of their website, they have CLOSED their offices. What kind of service is this? If you are having issues with them GOOD LUCK trying to get a real person on the phone. They already DO NOT respond to e-mail requests or return calls, now they have closed their offices!
“Due to the high volume of orders our office is closed to help get orders out in time for the holidays.”
They sell: rc cars, airsoft guns, rc helicopters, fm transmitter, remote control cars, rc trucks, science kits, nitro rc cars, magic tricks, electronic kits
I had the same exact thing happen to me,I had ordered 4 items one was fine,another was a different item than I had ordered that they said was an equivalent but was completely different, one item doesn’t work and another was out of stock and hasn’t been sent. I have tried email and phone and have trouble reaching anybody.. these were xmas presents that were ordered 2.5 weeks before and came on the 29th. They Suck big time!! Stef
I am currently having the same problem. Their answering maching won’t accept messages and i have called 10 times during normal business hours and have yet to speak to an acutal person. They don’t respond to emails either. All of this over a remote control submarine that was a Christmas present and stopped working after one use.

I always was able to speak to someone one at hobbytron.com. Even live chat! I fully trust this company! ive been a customer for 3 years now!!!
