HobbyTron shows horrible reviews

Most of the reviews are of a “0″ Rating – out of a total of 10
“Simply avoid. This is – by a wide margin – my worst on-line shopping experience yet. Customer service is non-existent, the merchandise is shoddy, their warranty is worthless. Buy somewhere else.”
Almost every review website I visit shows an overwhelming amount of people who are absolutely ticked off by this company. I have no idea why they are still in business.
