They aren't too horrible about customer service because I've been able to contact them 3/5 times I tried. I've only been able to use the live chat once, however. The guns are in good quality and they have good prices. Here are my ratings: Customer Service: 2/5 Quality: 4/5 Price: 5/5 Shipping: 3/5 Overall: 14/20 = 7/10 I’ve used hobbytron before.
